For all of you who don’t know what Thai iced tea is let me just tell you a few words about it.

Thai iced tea or cha yen is popular beverage in Thailand, made with strongly brewed Ceylon tea. Due to Ceylon tea’s high price, people usually use “Bai Miang”, a locally grown traditional version of Assam.

After the tea is brewed, sugar and condensed milk are added to sweeten it. Thai tea is served with ice and is the perfect drink for hot or not days!
